The project required a secure, user-friendly membership signup flow with a built-in referral system, a member dashboard, Stripe payment integration for a one-time annual fee, automated transactional emails, and a simple professional logo to strengthen brand identity. CnEL India took responsibility for full setup and configuration on the client’s GoDaddy hosting and Stripe account.

Scope of Work

• User Registration with Referral Code: Unique referral code generated at signup and displayed in the member panel.
• Member Panel: Secure login where users can view signup details (name, email, referral code, membership status).
• Payment Integration: Stripe integration to collect a one-time fee of $49 per signup per year.
• Email Auto-Responder: Automated email dispatch with signup details and the user’s unique referral code upon successful registration.
• Basic Logo Design: A clean, professional logo to improve brand consistency across the site and emails.
• Access & Configuration: Setup and configuration using the client’s GoDaddy hosting and Stripe payment gateway credentials.

• Referral Code Generation: Server-side generation of unique alphanumeric referral codes with collision checks for immediate assignment to new accounts.
• Stripe Integration: Implemented Stripe Checkout (or Stripe Elements, as required) to securely process the $49 annual fee. Webhooks configured to update membership status automatically upon successful payment.
• Member Panel: Authenticated area where users can view/edit profile details, see their referral code, and check membership validity.
• Email Automation: Transactional email system configured (SMTP / transactional provider) to send signup confirmations containing the referral code and membership instructions.
• Branding: Delivered a simple, professional logo suitable for web and email use, matching the site’s visual tone.
• GoDaddy & Stripe Setup: Completed DNS, hosting configuration, SSL setup, and Stripe account linkage; tested webhooks and payment flows end-to-end.
