Key Requirements

• Homepage: Role-based login (Student, Instructor, Admin) with app logo, contact info, reports, and class leave option.
• Student Portal: Login using Vtiger credentials, access revoked if inactive in CRM. Features include:
  • Access to videos and notes uploaded by instructors
  • Notifications for class cancellations and general announcements
  • Profile view-only access
• Instructor Portal: Created by admin with auto-generated credentials. Key features:
  • View and manage assigned classes by location
  • View student lists (from Vtiger)
  • Attendance marking, sending notifications, adding notes
  • Upload videos with metadata (date, time, file)
  • Filter classes by location, day, time, and instructor
  • Add new students (details saved to Vtiger as leads)
  • Handle special cases like new registrations, declined payments, and quit students
• Admin Portal:
  • Full instructor-level permissions plus global access
  • Generate random usernames for instructors and auto-send via email
  • Approve new student registrations and manage rosters
  • Submit forms and actions on behalf of instructors
• Video Management: Upload videos with soft-delete (trash box) and permanent delete capability.
