1. Homepage (iOS & Android)

2. Student Portal

• Login using Vtiger (Wetiger) student credentials
• Inactive CRM accounts automatically lose app access
• Access to:
  • Videos uploaded by instructor
  • Notes updated by instructor
  • Class cancellation request button (website static mapping)
  • General class messages with notifications
• Student can view only their own profile

3. Instructor Portal

• Accounts created by Admin (username & password auto-generated)
• Instructor can view only their assigned classes
• Select classes by location
• If another instructor is on leave, they can select those classes
• Upon opening a class:
  • Student list fetched from Vtiger
  • Tap student name → mark attendance
  • Send notifications
  • Add notes
• Filters: Location, Day, Time, Instructor
