Project Overview
Aiyer Logistics engaged CnEL India to standardize, consolidate and launch their social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The goal was to create brand-consistent profiles, remove duplicates, establish a repeatable content process, and deliver initial creative assets (posts, bio, flyer) so the client can begin active outreach and audience engagement quickly.
Key Challenges
- Multiple platform accounts with potential duplicate profiles that dilute brand identity.
- Need for consistent visual identity and copy that follows the company’s existing website brand elements and tagline.
- Client preferred to supply real-time images and some content inputs (logo, duplicate account details, LinkedIn subjects) via WhatsApp — requiring a streamlined handoff and approval workflow.
- Staged rollout: focus on Instagram & Facebook first, then LinkedIn once content and sequence are finalized.
Our Approach (Why CnEL India is the Best Team for This Project)
- Fast, structured onboarding: We converted the meeting minutes into a clear action plan with responsibilities and handoff points so the client knows what to expect and when.
- Brand-first creative: All visual decisions (profile image, post color palette) are directly inspired by the client’s logo and website to ensure immediate brand recognition.
- Practical, phased rollout: We prioritized Instagram and Facebook to build momentum, then moved to LinkedIn with a sequence-based posting plan once the client provided LinkedIn-specific subjects.
- Clean-up & governance: We established steps to identify and remove duplicate accounts (client to provide exact details via WhatsApp) and set rules for future account creation and access.
- Collaborative workflow: Drafts, flyers and initial posts are shared with the client for review prior to publishing — ensuring alignment and faster approvals.
- Deliverables-focused: We produce tangible assets (profile setup, first Instagram post, bio, branded flyer listing website services) so the client has ready-to-post content from day one.
What We Delivered
- Instagram profile set up using the company logo as the profile image.
- Instagram post color palette and post templates inspired by the logo for visual consistency.
- Short, on-brand Instagram bio using the website tagline (as requested by client).
- Initial Instagram post created and scheduled for publishing after client approval.
- Facebook account configured and aligned with Instagram for cross-posting efficiency.
- LinkedIn posting plan: sequence-based approach drafted; CnEL to create posts once client provides topics/subjects.
- Branded flyer compiling all services from the website — created for sharing in relevant groups and with contacts.
- Duplicate-account removal plan and communication protocol (client supplies the duplicate-account details via WhatsApp; CnEL will coordinate removal).
Process & Communication Workflow
Inputs from client (via WhatsApp): duplicate account details, final logo files, real-time images, and LinkedIn subject list.
CnEL’s steps:
- Receive assets and duplicate-account details → verify and document.
- Create Instagram post template and short bio (using website tagline) → share draft with client.
- Client approves drafts → CnEL publishes Instagram & Facebook posts.
- Simultaneously prepare LinkedIn sequence drafts; share for review → publish when agreed.
- Deliver branded flyer (services from website) → client approves → CnEL shares to group channels as requested.
Expected Benefits for the Client
- Consistent brand identity across platforms from day one.
- Reduced confusion and improved discoverability by removing duplicate accounts.
- Faster time-to-posting thanks to ready-made templates and an approval workflow.
- Clear LinkedIn strategy that complements Instagram & Facebook outreach.
- Reusable assets (templates, flyer) that lower future content costs and speed publishing.
