The client required a comprehensive solution to manage service outages, billing support, SLA monitoring, and service credit adjustments, all integrated with Microsoft Azure. The project involved creating dynamic pages, extracting data via Azure REST APIs, automating ticket generation, and displaying accurate SLA information.
